What to Expect
Fill out the form below or email us directly with your occasion, budget range, and any inspiration images or existing stones.
We talk through style, materials, sizing, and timeline in detail — by call, in-studio meeting, WhatsApp, or email, whichever you prefer.
You'll receive sketches, a 3D render, and a fixed quote before any work or deposit begins.
Once approved, our master jewelers get to work — gemstones are hand-selected and set, before each piece is individually polished and finished, typically 4 weeks from order to finish date. Rush orders available by request.
Collect in-studio or have it shipped securely, with resizing and care support after delivery.

Our standard turnaround is 4 weeks from approved design to delivery. Rush timelines may be available — ask us.
Pricing depends on materials, stones, and complexity. We provide a fixed quote before production starts — no surprises. Independent lab certificates are provided for all larger gemstones.
A deposit starts the production process, with the balance due on completion and inspection. For shipped items, lightbox photos and 360-degree video are provided for your confirmation.
